One of the best resources AFA has to offer is our private and small group classes for training. These classes are built around every classification of shooters. Whether you are a first-time shooter or an everyday enthusiast we have classes built to improve the sport of shooting.

Handgun Essentials $85
Introduces gun safety/handling & efficient use. Includes both class and range time. There is also a Women's Only version of this class.

Handgun Essentials Plus $120
Same curriculum as the standard course but adds the ability to try different firearms. There is also a Women's Only version of this class.

Handgun Essentials II $100
More in depth hands-on marksmanship training with a focus on reinforcing the fundamentals. Must have completed either Handgun Essentials or Basic Handgun course.

First Shots $50
This course is designed for people who have never shot a gun before or are uncomfortable shooting guns. Only .22s will be used in the class and is designed to ease people into the firearms world.

Carbine level I $150
An introduction to the AR platform. Sling, belt, and extra magazine required.

Youth Level I $75
Instructor led class that focuses on firearm safety and handling. How to handle firearms if found at home or without an adult. The level I course will focus on handguns.

Youth Level II $75
Level I class must be completed prior. Long gun and optics use are covered in this course.

Defensive Pistol 1 $125
This course will focus on drawing from the holster, pistol manipulations, speed reloading, and various shooting drills designed to elevate the student's shooting ability.

Skill Builder $30
Designed exclusively for previous AFA participants who have completed any of our courses, this intensive session focuses on honing your skills with forward line drills and getting reps of drills you have done in previous classes.
Church Security Program
Our mission is to develop church members who are safe, qualified, and willing to defend. Implementing action plans to the church and its members in the event of a critical incident or security crisis. Pricing is based on head count per group. Level I $100 person/$80 6+
Instructor led class that covers the 7 basic fundamentals of marksmanship including range qualification and universal gun safety, 2.5 Hour class

Level II $100 person/$80 6+
Class covers: Concealed carry regulations/guidelines, hands on training & defense tactics, and drawing from holster. 2 hour class

Level III $130 person
Class includes: On site threat assessment(our team will visit your church and implement a contingency plan), de-escalation techniques, tac med class, facility centered action plan(review of essential security tools and supplies). $115 per person for groups of 5-9, $100 per person 10+.

King David Package
This package includes all 3 of the training courses at a discounted rate. $330 per person for groups of 1-4, $250 per person for groups of 5-9, and $225 for for groups of 10+
